We are happy to announce that all preparations for the Nim Devroom at FOSDEM 2022 are now complete and we are looking forward to 8 excellent talks with more than 5 hours of Nim-related content. The conference is online this year and the talks will stream live tomorrow on the FOSDEM website. This is the final schedule for the Nim Devroom, which will be held tomorrow (Saturday, February 5th) from 12:30 to 17:40: https://fosdem.org/2022/schedule/track/nim_programming_language/
Note that all times are Central European Time (UTC+1).
For more information see the blog post on the Nim website
The dev room was great! Thanks to the organizers.
If anyone posts their videos elsewhere, could you link them here? I had to miss 4 of the videos today, and I'd really like to see them all. I put my video (Potato Zombies) up at https://youtu.be/UqLy-4rP69I.
Hi! I missed it too. Would love to watch the talks. Are there any archived yet?
@dsrw Thank you for making yours available :)
Usually, FOSDEM talks are available after some time. This year talks will be available to download here: https://video.fosdem.org/2022/
And thank you everyone for the talks. It was a pleasure to watch them. :)

I encourage others to upload their own videos.
They are not published at the same time. This just came out:
Nim concurrency Past, Present and Future with Araq
Videos need to wait for a review by author but more likely the problem is that there when there are issues for a video they have to intervene and they have very little manpower. Anyway very happy to see that “HPC from Python to Nim” finally is released! this is the one video we had issues while streaming so only very few people have seen it all!
Now we miss only videos about pararules (but @oakes shared the link to YouTube above) and the one about libvf.io
