  Greetings dear Nim community,

  I'm trying to solve some computer vision task with Nim,

  who may advice a library for stream video (like rtsp stream from web cameras) handling and subsequent processing like formatting, making screenshots, etc.?

  libVLC could probably do all you need, and more. You can find some Nim bindings for it here: https://github.com/Yardanico/nim-libvlc
