I have created an application in Nim. I'm going to distribute it.

In doing so, I am using the functions of the DLL distributed on the official Nim page.

Can I distribute these DLLs with my application?

I don't understand the license. If anyone knows, please let me know.

Generally, yes, you can ship these with your program. For some DLLs there might be a recommendation that you list their work in an "about" dialog or in a text file that is part of your application.

"Generally yes" isn't really good enough for someone wanting to distribute their program legally. There really should be a table somewhere that lists the licenses (preferably a README in the dll.zip folder itself), take PCRE for example which is used by the regex module, it definitely requires you to ship a notice with it: https://nim-lang.org/docs/re.html
