  Perhaps having a list of cities (or a map) where people can pin their location could help organizing a conference.

  @dom96 The TL;DR from that article is that Ruby conferences are awesome become they are a space/time of love, joy, trust and emotional safety (which are representative values of the Ruby community).

  Matz's (Ruby's creator) Keynote Address at RubyConf 2017 provides very good guidance for language (any project really) development. It's really worth the TL;DR time.
