  Operator proc with + works, but not with the word plus.

  proc `+++`(a:int, b:int): int = a + b
  echo 1 +++ 2
  Run

  Ok.

  proc `plus`(a: int, b: int): int = a + b
  echo 1 plus 2
  Run

  template.nim(32, 13) Error: type mismatch: got (int literal(2)) but expected one of: template.plus(a: int, b: int)
