Updated the wrapper to NEP-1 as requested, someone please check it out.

Also, should I add the Python 3 wrapper to the unofficial packages or will it go to the official packages list?

I've got the Python3 wrapper tested, only have to do the renaming and removing of prefixes, same as for this wrapper.

Should I add it as my unofficial package, or do you want it to go into the official packages?
