Finally got a settings menu in neonim that let's me change themes live! I've use Neonim for all my programming for the last few months. The theme are useful to help me remember if I'm in a work or hobby instance, lest I confuse them.
Neonim now uses Merenda which provides it by default. Merenda is my new cross-platform Cocoa base GUI toolkit. It's getting fairly usable.
Anyone have good ideas for a GUI project to tackle?
I want something kind of fun to do but can't think of much. Maybe a satellite tracking program? Something with lots of threading or async stuff.
I'm wanting to make my own a classic Mac OS X style desktop soon.

Definitely on my mind! The first step is to support serialized GUI layouts / resources. Then a theme inspector editor that lets a user interactively tweak the theme.
