I'm not an expert on this, I just found this issue when I searched for the 'name block' keyword. My username and password were automatically filled into an illegal edit box by Edge browser, and I don't know if this will cause my username and password to be leaked. There's no way to upload an image here, I might be able to upload it on discord.
It seems that you're indeed right, but it's not an "illegal edit box" - rather, it's an innocent post showing a simple HTML example, but the search results truncates the posts and doesn't sanitize - https://forum.nim-lang.org/t/10802#72060
