773 :: RFC: How about some rules?

  At the moment, the forum doesn't have any rules, but IMO that should be changed. Some suggestions:

  • No spamming (commercial advertisements)
  • Keep things civil ("line #12 is wrong" vs. "you're an idiot and should kill yourself")
  • No trolling
  • No sockpuppets (this is subtly different from multiple accounts)

  Please note that I'm not a moderator and that this is not an announcement.

  That all boils down to "use common sense and be a nice guy". I doubt it will change anything because people are like that now already.
