  I'm missing the median function in stats.nim.

  I have created one - based on quickselect -- which I want to contribute.

  Where do I have to create a pull request?

  There's only one place for such things - https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim - it contains the compiler, standard library, different tools, test suite, etc, etc...

  Fork the main Nim repository (https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim) and modify lib/pure/stats.nim, then create a PR against the devel branch.
