I see that there is a WIP PR for new style concepts. Is there an ETA for that landing?

I realize that concepts are not on the Nim 2020 Roadmap but I wish they were.

There is no ETA, too many things haven't been considered. And as you can see, we're lagging behind our roadmap quite a bit... :-/

arc/orc seems very close, so there's good reason to be positive.

If I had my druthers (and I know I don't ;-) I'd prioritize stabilizing core language features and put off other tasks, like incremental compilation.
