As per the title. I think this would help attracts more blog posts about Nim, and help freshen the perception that Nim is being actively developed/used.
Currently authors can request to have their posts featured on the Nim blog, but I don't think most are aware of this, as we don't advertise this at all. The only place where this is advertised are on guest posts, which we get maybe around once in a blue moon, with a banner like this:

While valid, here are the issues with that:
- "everywhere else" is pretty much overloading people with choices, and if requested on chat channels, it lacks exposure to the wide Nim user base for early feedback. A good alternative would be to have a template for publication request that authors can fill in and post to the forum for review.
- There aren't any document detailing the scope of the Nim blog. While "everything Nim" is an admirable goal, nim-lang.org is Nim's homepage, so articles published there must uphold a certain standard (in fact there's already one, just not documented). Documenting this would help authors decide whether their blog should be submitted or not.
What should be done to make the publishing requests simpler for authors:
- Provide a template for submitting publication request on the forum. This would limit the submission channel to exactly one, and opens a door to let Nim users weigh in on the article before they are added to the front page (if accepted).
- Document a baseline standard for articles to be considered for publication. This will let authors know beforehand whether their blog meet the scope of the Nim blog before submission.
- Advertise the ability to have guest blogs featured on the Nim blog. Currently we only put a banner on a guest blog posts and nowhere else. Candidates for such an advertisement includes:
- The blog homepage: https://nim-lang.org/blog.html
- The community section on the Nim front page. Alternatively we can dedicate a small section for that.
If Nim blog could accept more articles, it will be benefit for marketing!

Or we can sperate Nim announcements from Nim guest articles. Add a new section for guest articles.
