So while trying to cross-compile a pretty simple Nim program for Windows, I get the following error message during compilation:
Error: execution of an external compiler program '/usr/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc -c -w -mno-ms-bitfields -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Werror=format-security -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -Wp,-D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS -fexceptions -fstack-protector-strong -grecord-gcc-switches -specs=/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-cc1 -specs=/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-annobin-cc1 -m64 -mtune=generic -fasynchronous-unwind-tables -fstack-clash-protection -fcf-protection -DWIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN -I/usr/share/nim -I/home/Media/Documents/Programming/nimjack/src -o /home/maxwellj/.cache/nim/nimjack_d/stdlib_assertions.nim.c.o /home/maxwellj/.cache/nim/nimjack_d/stdlib_assertions.nim.c' failed with exit code: 1
cc1: error: plugin support is disabled; configure with --enable-plugin
I run Fedora 32, and installed the MingW toolchain from the Fedora repository mingw64-gcc, per instructions at Nim Compiler User Guide. What could the issue be?
