I took the liberty of creating a PDF from the Nim Manual on the website.
Where can I upload the .ODT and .PDF for those who want it?

Hello Panda,
I have put it on dropbox:

Hi Dom,
Normally I would convert the .HTML page into a LaTeX document using Pandoc, then generate a PDF from the LaTex doc.
But being short on time this is what I did:
Libre Office Writer has a "Export to PDF" feature which generated the PDF.
I could have a look.
Does anyone know if there is anything specific that needs fixing, or it just doesn't work and nobody has investigated why?
Araq: The new exception hierarchy include file causes too much nesting for LaTex. I don't know how to fix it.
Odd, it works for me. There were a number of warnings, but no errors.
@oyster : the source is text files (they are actually rst) which you can convert to pdf with koch pdf, it does rst->latex->pdf
If you want a prebuilt version, I built the pdf some time ago: here .
It should be mostly up to date, as it was built from devel near the release of 0.17.
From "nim-doc.deb" package, I converted:
HTML -> Asciidoctor -> Asciidoctor-pdf(in terminal) -> PDF
and I get a nice PDF book
