  Hi,

  I recently started to create a plugin for intellij. I did the Lexer but in https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/blob/27b081d1f77604ee47c886e69dbc52f53ea3741f/doc/grammar.txt, the typeDescK is missing, I looked at compiler/parser.nim but I'm not very sure about what is the rule for typeDescK.

  I abandoned the idea of making a plugin... It was too tiresome to implement the parser

  I would translate the existing lexer and parser to Java fwiw. It's some work but should be relatively straight-forward.
