I was going to try putting nim in conda-forge/feedstocks -- maybe as "nim-lang" -- so it might become easier to add Nim executables to bioconda. E.g.

That rebuilds the nim compiler in order to build these tools. For now, I'll just follow that pattern.
I thought the numbers in versions mean year and month, so I wouldn't expect 0.19.0 anytime before 2019
By that logic, v1.0 would be released in year [integer overflow]. Seems accurate enough! :D :D
