371 :: Wrapper libs removed in master?

  Hi folks,

  I notice that several wrapper libraries, such as opengl, python, tcl, cairo, x11, and gtk2 have been removed on the master branch (as of December 1, 2013).

  Are these gone for good? Is anyone maintaining wrappers for these libraries, external to the standard lib?

  A lot of libraries like these are being moved out of the standard lib and into babel packages so they can be updated more easily & don't clutter up the std lib iirc.

  Ah, thank you. I remember reading about Babel, but hadn't yet checked it out.

  They have indeed been moved out of the stdlib and are now a part of babel's package repo. More info in the Github issue here.
