  I have tried to check the new win api in Nim and it seems to be machine generated.

  I am missing some of the functionality like

  • svc manager
  • eventlog
  • the lsa / sid apis

  Maybe some others..

  You mean winlean? That's not the "new" win api, it's the "lean" API. Maybe the full wrapper has what you need? https://github.com/nim-lang/oldwinapi
