344 :: Out of bound range value works

  I am a newbie currently trying going through http://nimrod-lang.org/tut1.html.

  It shows 180. Isn't this supposed to be out of bound?

  Yes. It's an old bug that inc doesn't perform range/overflow checking.

  OK.

  It appears also that out of bound dec always returns 0 regardless of the lower bound range.
