2957 :: Can't install nim on Win 8.1

  Here is my problem:

  C:\nim-0.16.0>finish.exe

  Error: unhandled exception: Can not find the specified file.
  Run

  My exception is on russian so its might be not correct.

  finish.nim(130):

  let p = getUnicodeValue(r"Environment", "Path",
        HKEY_CURRENT_USER)
  Run

  Maybe you don't have a user level PATH environment variable then?
