Hi!

Is somebody interesting for DEB & RPM nim packages for various Linux distros (including oldstable)?

Recently I wrote scripts to automate creating packages on OpenSUSE Build Service, but now I have no free time to make builds regularly.

May be somebody accept github repo with scripts and continue this job...

Nim is already in Debian Testing and Unstable: https://packages.debian.org/sid/nim and there's a documentation package as well.

@abbat would it be possible to automate building packages for the OpenSUSE Build Service? It should be fairly simple to build something to watch the Nim repositories for new tagged releases and to build a package from it, but I have no experience with the OpenSUSE Build Service - how do you submit builds to them?

@euant, With OpenSUSE build service you can use REST API or command line client named osc (packages for different distros).

But now I upload files via web interface.

@abbat Nice. I might look into doing some automated builds as having repositories would be pretty useful for me.
