I'm on Linux, installed Nim from the website's download page instructions, and built koch with nim c koch.nim and ./koch boot -d:release. I get the same error whether I run ./koch web (on 0.13) or, in the case below, /home/zenox/nim-0.13.0/tools/nimweb web/website.ini on master instead.
