The IGEMS CAD/CAM program is a huge CAD and automation program written in c++/c#. The (fairly complex) install generator logic (which was earlier written in python) is nowadys running in nimrod.
I tell this because there is always a discussion when comming to new languages that 'who is really using that language for real things?'. So now you know nimrod is used for at least one real thing.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Just to add to your example, depending on your definition of 'real' Nimrod is also used for many other 'real' projects. This forum is written in Nimrod for example. Aporia, babel, nimbuild and of course the Nimrod compiler are also all written using Nimrod.
