1742 :: printing files names to console as a test (Unicode issue yet again)

  i have tried to follow (and more) http://forum.nim-lang.org/t/1596/1

  (my encoding is windows-1255) but i could not understand the bottom line should it be supported to print non English characters to the console (Aporia for now)

  as a rule in my os for years i use only English for fileNames and avoid spaces(_ instead) and other problematic characters but for this test i have change a file name just to see if it would be able to display any other language on the console according to the system encoding. didn't yet check it in c/c++ though c# display correct chars...i should say obviously
