1366 :: Request nim as a HackerRank language

  I've started going through the HackerRank challenges and noticed that nim-lang isn't a solution target. I sent them a feature request to incorporate the language but I'm not sure there's enough support since this was a couple weeks ago.

  It would probably be helpful to contribute example code first, rather than simply demanding support.
