  I'm trying to do some sort of IPC at compile-time (within a macro)

  So far I've only discovered:

  • staticExec
  • using shared memory?

  all net libs seems to not be compile-time available

  staticExec works for now, but fairly soon I'll exceed the throughput via OS limitations- I'd employ some sort of multi-command scheme but I also think staticExec alone is not that performant?

  my context is that the other process is LMDB, and cannot be used at compile-time- thus the IPC

  Well staticExec is the most powerful mechanism Nim offers. If that's not good enough, you need to find other solutions. For example you can write a custom tool (in Nim of course) that you then call via staticExec.
