Hey folks,

I'm new around here- where can I find info on when the next official release may land? From an outsider's perspective, it looks like the language hasn't had a stable update since last year.

The ETA has been changed about two times now I think, and I don't think a new one has been set. A realistic one would be nice :-P But may it take as long as necessary ;)

I think all showstoppers in the Nim issues have to be fixed before a release, but Araq keeps marking more bugs as showstoppers (and fixes them shortly after): https://github.com/araq/nim/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3AShowstopper

No matter if we release it as 0.10.4 or 1.0.0 RC1, people expect things to just work, so we're taking our time and polish things up as much as we can.
