1068 :: Crude Nim REPL

  I really need a REPL to explore any new language. I've started a Nim REPL here: https://github.com/wheineman/nrpl. I get to learn about Nim and scratch an itch at the same time. Based on an idea from here, http://hookrace.net/blog/what-makes-nim-practical/, this is a crude Read Evaluate Print Loop (REPL) for Nim using TCC to quickly compile each Read. It's quite crude, but supports simple imports and can be used in it's current incarnation to explore modules and APIs. For now, other than import statements, there is no deferred (or multiline) execution. You can however string together multiple statements using semi-colons to separate them. I plan on targetting multiline support next.

  try ekarlso's site http://185.56.186.94/#/ it doesnt have support for importing modules, but it is running on newest nim from github, so thats a plus

  I've added some multiline or deferred entry capability. I think it's now suitable for exploring Nim, exploring some module API, and trying out small pieces of code. I've a few more features I'd like to add and after that I'll make it into a nimble package. Oh, and yes it works with the stable and devel versions of Nim, or at least the devel version from yesterday.

  It would be awesome if you turnedthis into an ipython (now also called jupyter) kernel. To do so this might be of help:

  If you could make Nim run well inside Jupyter, I think its popularity would explode. IPython/Jupyter is great for giving you instant gratification when learning a language or experimenting with anything.
